We'd like to suggest you to check your phone case type before charging, please make sure that the case is not fully covered one, leave some blank space around the charging slot as picture show above for your reference.
Less than 4MM is the most suitable thickness for phone case, the phone case is too thick to plug into charging slot if it is beyond 4MM.
Do note that this will NOT connect if your phone is in an Otterbox case or Lifeproof or other extremly bulkier cases.
