Delivery cost and timing
We cover the majority of the mainland UK for free standards delivery. The lead time very from 2 to 7 business days, tracking available on order. We also offer next day delivery only in UK on selected item with our van fleet. The delivery slots are as follow.

Monday to Friday 8am - 12am | 1pm - 5pm | 7pm - 9pm.

Saturday and Sunday 8am - 10am or 3pm - 5pm
International delivery cost and time vary from countries. Delivery and return note are displayed as you are through check out.
Returning your product because you changed your mind
Please return your item (clothes or electronics) unused and in original condition (including all labels and tags intact) with proof of purchase, the return time frame is displayed on the product description return note just before making payment, and we’ll give you an exchange or refund.
Refunds
How do I get refunds in the event of a return?
If, for any reason, you chooses to return a product for any reason or you received a damaged item(s) or not describe as displayed we will refund as long as it returned with 60 days from the delivery date. However, damaged in transit item(s) or not describe correctly item must be claimed within 5 days from the date received.
Who pays for the return of the item?
In cases where the customer simply wants to return a product without any legitimate issues with the product itself, customer would be responsible for the return shipping fees. However, returning for a valid reason we will cover the return fees.
