Outside the UK delivery

• Usually within 10 – 15 business days, rate at check but will depend on the country of delivery.

We offer a 14 days return policy on most products ordered on our website whether customer changed his/her mind. This means that customer can return an item(s) within 14 days from the date of the order was delivered. Item(s) received damage in transit, or not as described customer must make a claim within 5 days from the date received. All refunds are processed once returned item(s) is received from the warehouse. But don't worry, we are generally understanding and very responsive when comes to refunds as long as the reason falls within our return policy.
