How would you like to return your ites?

Your QR code will be emailled to you within 24 - 48 hours which can be used at participating Post Office lacations and Royal Mail Delivery Office points near you. Upon on arrival, hand your parcel to the sotore assistant who will print and affix a free return label and then provide you a receipt. Please send us the receipt for us to process it faster.

The approval returns process

  1. Submit a Return Request: Log into your account and fill out the return request form for your order.

  2. Review by Customer Service: Our customer service team will review your request, checking the eligibility based on our return policy.

  3. Approval Notification: You will receive a notification via email or through your account about the approval or denial of your return.

  4. Return Instructions: If approved, you'll receive instructions on how to return the item, including any prepaid shipping labels if applicable.

  5. Item Inspection: Once we receive the returned item, it will be inspected to ensure it meets return conditions.

  6. Refund Process: If everything checks out, your refund will be processed, and you’ll receive a confirmation email.

Please wait patiently for the warehouse to confirm receipt of your item(s). This usually can take up to 3-10 days, however some orders can be processed faster depending on the item you purchased. Please allow 2 - 3 days to contact us after submitting this request. And 15 days after you have returned your item for a refund.
