We offer a 14 days return policy on most products ordered on our website whether a customer has changed his/her mind. This means that customer can return an item(s) within 14 days from the date of the order was delivered. Item(s) received damage in transit, or not as described customer must make a claim within 5 days from the date received. In most cases we provide free return for most items, but not if you change your mind. In some cases we may collect item(s) for free and process refunds immediately. 

• All items must be in perfect condition and in the original packaging. 

• Any safety seals are not damaged, and all labels are retained. 

 

Standard UK delivery 

• Free within 7 days Monday to Saturday 8am – 8pm, excluding public holidays 

Express UK delivery available at check out 

• Usually Next day or 2 – 4 days if the order is placed before 4pm Monday to Friday 

Outside the UK delivery. 

• Usually within 10 – 15 business days, rate at check but will depend on the country of delivery. 

 

All refunds are processed once returned item(s) is received from the warehouse. But don't worry, we are generally understanding and very responsive when it  comes to refunds as long as the reason falls within our return policy. Refunds can take up to 5-7 days for your bank to process it into your account from the day we refund.
